By accessing or using Prudukt's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Prudukt B.V. ("Prudukt", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the Netherlands.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Prudukt provides the following services:
Google CSS Partnership
As a certified Google Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) partner, we enable you to save up to 20% on Google Shopping ad costs by participating in the CSS program.
Feed Optimization Tools
AI-powered tools including title optimization, image enhancement, product labeling, and feed rules to improve your product data quality.
Analytics & Reporting
Performance insights and recommendations to help you maximize your Google Shopping results.
Service availability and features may vary based on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Account Terms
Account Creation
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One account per person or business entity unless otherwise approved
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Ensure your product feed data complies with Google's policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
4. Payment & Billing
Free Tier
Our CSS service is completely free for stores with fewer than 100 products. No credit card required.
Paid Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Prices are displayed in EUR and exclude applicable taxes (VAT)
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
Important Disclosure
Prudukt participates in affiliate and partnership programs that may compensate us for referring customers.
Google Partnership
As a certified Google CSS Partner, we earn a portion of the savings that would otherwise go to Google. This is how we can offer our service for free to smaller merchants while providing the full 20% CSS benefit.
Third-Party Services
We may recommend or integrate with third-party services. In some cases, we may receive compensation for these recommendations. We always aim to recommend services that we believe genuinely benefit our users.
Content & Reviews
Any product comparisons, reviews, or recommendations on our blog or website are based on our professional assessment. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or recommendations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Service Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
- Any specific level of savings or performance improvement will be achieved
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prudukt's total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Exclusions
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

8. Intellectual Property
Our Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and their compilation—are the exclusive property of Prudukt B.V. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your product data and content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, and transmit your data as necessary to provide our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms
